Our five-year guide, Wiichihiiwaausinihiikin, sets out who we are, what we stand for, and what we aim to accomplish.
It was built from staff consultations, collaborative working sessions, and internal discussions, and it draws on our Vision Statements, the Principles of Good Governance, and the Iiyuu Values Project from 2002. From that work came our vision and mission statements and six core organizational values.
